Happy Thanksgiving!

Traditions are traditions, and we want our U.S. residents to feel at home even when they are far away from their families.
Celebrating Thanksgiving is very important to us, but most importantly our team tries to keep it healthy and balanced, as usual. Our residents experienced a tailored Thanksgiving Celebration menu… the French gastronomic way!


Starter: Special mixed salad with gizzard
Main course: Roasted capon with boletus mushroom
Served with: Sweet potato purée, parsnips & green beans
Cheese: French Cheese platter with French baguette
Dessert: Tatin Pie with vanilla ice cream & Chantilly cream
