The Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro Residency is the ideal environment for elite international players to reach their highest potential.
By learning and applying the Paris Saint-Germain methodology of football, as well as access to state-of-the-art training facilities, student-residents are prepared to have successful football careers anywhere in the world.
Showcase your skills and be selected for a place on the full-year Pro Residency roster. The Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro staff will assess and determine each player’s capability of joining our rosters for the 10-month Pro Residency program.
Following the tryout, you will receive a personalized report reviewing your performances and traits as a student-athlete.

Demonstrate your abilities at the most immersive tryout
Being at the center, you will meet the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro Head Coach and staff (UEFA and FFF licensed), train with the residents, as well as discover the state-of-the art facilities and the environment amongst the international group of student-athletes.
The tryout at the center ensures a comprehensive analysis of players’ skills and abilities, separated into 3 key areas.
Finally, the assessment will be completed via separate in-person meetings that will be set within the trial period:
- With the Head of Football Development to understand the player’s personality traits (attitude, commitment, objectives, mindset etc.).
- With the Academic Director to understand the player’s academic background, expectations, and ambitions.
- With the Academy Pro Technical Director to gain insights regarding their football background, expectations, and ambitions.
You will indeed be contacted by our Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro Staff several times prior to the arrival on-site to ensure the best trial period possible.
The detailed schedule of the tryout with all steps above mentioned will then be sent to parents prior from arrival. Players will receive a PSG Academy T-shirt and a welcome kit upon registration.
