The 2021/2022 season is the inaugural season in which The ICEF is present and operating a center in three countries, each in a different continent of the world. The ICEF Europe, USA, and Africa are all ICEF campuses that guide elite international players reach their maximum potential and the next level of football.
All the current ICEF Pro Academies around the world provide players the ultimate football experience with highly qualified coaches (UEFA and FFF licensed), as well as top-rated academic experience alongside highly regarded educational organizations and partners.
Discover below how each Center uses their specific path to pro and educational institutions, as well as the bigger ICEF global network to offer a set development pathway for every player to reach the professional and collegiate level.
The ICEF Europe
As the original ICEF, The ICEF Europe is operating in its third full season. Based in Evian, France, the campus hosts a group of carefully selected international student-athletes each year that benefit from The ICEF’s professional training regimen as well as learning from a professional staff of experts in football preparation and performance. This staff of experts includes a yoga and meditation instructor, football psychologist and mental preparation expert, and expert movement analyst amongst others. All the experts work in conjunction with The ICEF Europe’s coaching staff to provide a uniquely comprehensive learning environment for the players.
The most unique aspect of The ICEF Europe is the direct connection with professional team Thonon Evian Grand Gèneve that provides a direct pathway to the professional level for the players. As the Center’s premier team, players are often called upon to train and even compete* with the academy, reserve, or even first team of Grand Gèneve. This allows players to compete against top clubs in Europe and be exposed to the next level! Through this direct pathway and the ICEF Europe’s partnering clubs, players have been able to join professional teams, or their youth national teams, such as FC Lyon, Péronnas 01, and FC Miami City, as well as attend trials with first division clubs in Europe like Cagliari Calcio.
At all The ICEF campuses, academics and education are not compromised when training to reach the next level in football. Each campus partners with leading educational institutions to provide top rated academics to our players and a flexible schedule that adapts to the intense football schedule of the players. The ICEF Europe works with leading educational institutions to provide integrated schooling for middle and high school. School teachers are on-site daily for schools’ lessons and personal accompaniment while assisting The ICEF players in their academic needs.
The ICEF Europe also provides higher education for the 18-year-old and 19-year-old players at the center. Players are able to pursue a university degree with our world-renowned partner University that offers a wide range of degree options and transferable credits to allow player to continue pursuing their education internationally in the future!
By training, going to school, and living together, the players at The ICEF Europe become a tightly knit group of players. With players coming from all over the world, the campus creates a multicultural environment which replicates that of a professional European team. This aspect guides and teaches players to develop mature skills such as adaptability, open-mindedness, and leadership.

The ICEF USA
The ICEF USA is based in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area in sunny South Florida. An ideal location for a Pro Residency Academy due to its year-round sunshine and ideal weather. Unlike the ICEF Europe, The ICEF USA partners with Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro to take the expertise of European soccer to the U.S.
Focused on developing the next generation of elite soccer players, The ICEF USA implements the fully immersive, world-renowned, and official Paris Saint-Germain training program and methodology. The same one used to train players like Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Kylian Mbappe! The ICEF USA consists of a full staff of experts and specialists in all aspects of football preparation and individual approach to player development so players are ready for elite level competition.
The competition program is carefully chosen by The ICEF USA’s technical director who assesses the team and creates the best program that challenges the players and teams, but also ensure proper development on the field. Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro is also fully immersed in the path to pro American soccer landscape, offering unparallel exposure and competitions against the best teams the U.S has to offer.
The competition program includes participating in the most prestigious and highly competitive leagues such as the USYS National League, USL Academy League, or the EDP leagues. Similarly, the teams participate in a minimum of three top rated regional or national tournaments such as the Dallas Cup, Jefferson Cup, and MIC Football USA.** These prestigious and highly competitive tournaments are unique opportunities to be seen by coaches and scouts at the next level. These tournaments have been the catalyst for many current professional players in the country.
The ICEF USA even provides international exposure opportunities through their annual trip to Paris, the Paris Immersive Experience. On this trip, players undergo clinics with the Paris-based Paris Saint-Germain Academy technical team, measure their development against the top players in Europe, experience a VIP visit to the Parc des Princes, and explore the best attractions Paris has to offer.
This unique experience gives The ICEF USA players international exposure opportunities not readily available from other clubs and academies.
Lastly, The ICEF USA has partnered with North Broward Preparatory School to provide boarding and academics so players can reach their maximum potential in the classroom. As one of the highest-rated college preparatory schools in the U.S., players experience a very high level of academic preparation and an extraordinary social life at unique college-style campus with modern and innovative facilities.

The ICEF Africa
Based in Saly, Senegal, The ICEF Africa provides a unique professional environment at the most luxurious and one of the most beautiful football campuses in all of Africa! Opening in September 2021, The ICEF Africa inaugurated with numerous talented players from across Africa.
Partnering with Paris Saint-Germain Academy, The ICEF Africa, similar to The ICEF USA, provides the fully immersive Paris Saint-Germain training program and methodology that has a proven track record of developing talented players. With a state-of-the-art campus and top-of-the-line facilities and amenities, African and international players can prepare at the highest level to reach the next level.
The ICEF Africa’s campus consists of an 11 vs. 11 FIFA standardized field with locker rooms, a 5 vs. 5 field, fully equipped gym, a pool, a tennis court, a multi-sport field, and various meeting rooms and teaching areas. This allows the center’s multi-disciplinary dedicated staff and the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Technical team to implement the all-around professional player preparation with a focus on personal development, featuring mental conditioning, nutrition, physical conditioning and individualized video analysis sessions. The staff is made up of national and international experts in all areas of football preparation and performance to ensure the holistic development of players.
The ICEF Africa’s campus hosts all the residents in the accommodation section of the campus. The fully equipped and brand-new living spaces create an environment that becomes the players’ home away from home. In this accommodation setting, players form strong bonds and friendships with their fellow teammates that last beyond their time at The ICEF Africa! The players at The ICEF Africa receive their schooling through one of the center’s partnering educational institutions that best fits their individual objectives in the classroom. The ICEF Africa has partnered with different schools to provide a wide range of high school diplomas and programs to fit the different needs of the players.

All three Center’s provide professional and best in class football training as well as top rated academics through our educational partners. Open to international players, The ICEF campuses welcome players from all around the world to create a unique multicultural environment and provide unique exposure opportunities for all ICEF players.
